Tasks and Functions

HEADMASTER

The maximum responsible for the organisation and functioning of School. He leads the Teaching Staff and the School Board.

HEAD OF STUDIES

She coordinates both teachers’ and students’ academic and pedagogic activities at school.

SECRETARY

He coordinates the administration tasks and non-teaching staff.

TEACHING STAFF

Composed by all teachers working at school.

TEACHING COORDINATION TECHNICAL TEAM

Constituted by the Heads of Departments, the Headmaster and Heads of Studies.

They coordinate and evaluate the academic activity at school.

DEPARTMENTS

Including the teachers in charge of the same subject matter or area. They are in charge of programming, developing and evaluating the assigned subjects.

OUT-OF-SCHOOL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES  DEPARTMENT

It organises and coordinates cultural (exhibitions, lectures, cultural week…) and out-of-school activities (trips, visits, competitions…) at school.

SCHOOL BOARD

It is the maximum collegiate body at school. All members of school are represented: parents, students, teachers and non-teaching staff.

TUTORS

They coordinate the Teaching Team in charge of the same group. They carry out the academic supervision of students and keep in touch with their family.

COUNSELLORS

They are responsible for the Counselling and Tutorship Plan.  They advise and assist students, teachers and families belonging to the school community.
